Hi.
I am now planning to use the STP cables from the two +275 and single -275 from the PSU to their respective targets instead of teflon covered wires.
I will use three individual cables and cut off foil, drain wires and red/black cables that won't be used at the jackets. Then heat shrink at the ends of the jacket.
I am thinking the extra shielding wouldn't hurt.
Sounds like a good plan?

The teflon wire we supply is really, really, really good wire. The AC component on those high voltage lines is minimal, so shielding becomes rather senseless.
If you absolutely have to use this wire, be sure it's rated for the voltage.

I have about a foot left of the supplied STP and intended to use that.
But, of course, since Your advice is to use the teflon hookup, I will stick to the game plan.
Thanks.
