BeePree Assembly question

Hope this isn't a stupid question but it isn't clear to me.  On page 28 of the BeePree assembly manual for the last assemblt step of the filament regulator boards it says to "take a cutoff piece of lead....."     Does that mean take a piece of solder?

Hello Dave,

No, a piece of cut off metal from a resistor or capacitor.  (like a piece of wire with no covering)  Sometimes I wish we had a few more words in the English language.
