Hey guys, first time builder here.

So I got through the resistance checks ok. I'm in the voltage check but a lot of things are wrong lol

- the 6080 tube does not glow
- only one LED is lighting up.

I have the following voltages

Terminals
T1 - 88 (should be 50-100v)
T2 - 238 (should be 170v)
T3 - 0
T4 - 238 (should be 170v)
T5 - 26 (should be 50-100v)
T6 - 0
T7 - 26 (should be 90-115v)
T8 - 0
T9 - 0 (should be 90-115v)
T10 - 0

B1 - 88
B2 - 239
B3 - 26
B4 - 26
B5 - 239
B6 - 0
B7 - 0
B8 - 0

A1 - 26
A2 - 0
A3 - 1
A4 - 0
A5 - 0
A6 -88
A7 - 0
A8 -1
A9 -0
middle terminal - 0

Where do i start?
Appreciate any help. Thanks.

I would post some photos of your build.  Can you measure a 9V battery successfully with your meter?  Some of the voltages you're reporting seem improbable.

The green twisted wires heat the 6080.  If the 6080 isn't glowing, the 12AU7 won't be glowing either.  Did the 6080 glow during the glow test?  I would bet that reheating all of the solder joints in the amp other than the power switch and A3/A8 would be very helpful.

I have 1.5v battery and I can measure it successfully with my meter.

Both tubes were glowing and got hot during the glow test. Now, only the 12AU7 is glowing on both sides. The 6080 (big tube) didnt glow and stayed cold.

The terminals connected to the green wires in the octal socket both have 0 volts. Should that be something else?

Will do what you suggested and report back with photos if it's doesn't work. gonna catch some shut eye as it's already past midnight in my part of the world. thanks

If the 6080 doesn't glow, the green twisted wires that go from the power transformer to the 6080 aren't well connected (or possible your octal socket is installed backwards, but then the 6080 would not have glowed in the initial glow test).
