Many years ago, I attended a thing called the Midwest Audiofest. It was a combination of many different manufacturers and vendors having listening rooms for their wares, a little bit of a swap meet, technical lectures, and a chance for DIYers to show off their stuff. Getting back into audio again, I googled around to see if there was something similar. Turns out, there's still an event called that but it's no longer the same thing. It's a DIY contest and a chance for Parts Express to gain a captive audience.
So does anything know of an event in the midwest, preferably Ohio, more similar to what Midwest Audiofest was 10 years ago?

The only one I know of is the Capitol Audiofest to be held July 8-10 near Washington, DC in Rockville, MD. Not exactly Ohio, but within possible driving distance.

I was hoping to go this year, but I will be out of town.
By the way, years ago I did go to the Audiofest you mentioned. I think it was in Lima in western Ohio.

Its a little bit of a tangent and not directly tube audio related, but I have always had a good time at the Dayton Midwest Audio Fest

Its combined with the Parts Express tent sale which is always good for some interesting drivers, parts, and some good deals.
