crack manual question

I have a manual dated 7/6/10.  There is a revision on page 19 indicating a wiring change for transformer terminal 4. The change is from 22L to 14U. I see also on page 28  there is a wire from 14U to 20 U. I'm just checking if this is accurate. 5am and I'm working the crack.....rim shot!  Also there is a jumper from 14U to 12 U. That 14U location gets three wires in it, just checking. And then 14U gets an electrolytic cap... very busy spot.

Yes the 7/6/10 manual is the current version and the text about those connections is correct.

FWIW, I switched a couple of things into 14L rather than 14U. It saved me a lot of trouble.
