Title: Bottlehead Quickie Preamp making noise...

It's passing a static-y noise along to any amp I use it with in both channels. Batteries test ok and I have reseated tubes, cleaned switches and stuff. Any ideas?

Could be that the quickie is picking up interference from other equipment - phone, computer, etc.
