Title: What is up with PN2907?
Post by: mozarti on July 11, 2014, 08:07:28 AM
I was assembling the regulator boards for BeePre and I noticed that I was missing a pair of PN2907 transistors which the instruction says that we are supposed to put in location P.  But when I looked at the parts list, there was no mention of PN2907.  Is the parts list incorrect? Or is the instruction incorrect?  Many thanks.

Parts list is incorrect.  Call or email Bottlehead and they will send them to you.

By the way, Radio Shack had a box of transistors, they were very inexpensive, that contained a suitable substitute if you don't feel like waiting.

I believe the substitute was a 2N2907.  Check Paully's thread from 2 weeks ago.
