After assembling the C4S of Bee2Quiet and doing the voltage checks. The voltages I measured in terminal 1 and 11 was 170 VDC. The manual say 150 VDC. Is there something wrong or is this reading okay? The manual did not specify a range for terminal 1 and 11. Do I need to change anything?
On the other hand at terminal 6 and 16 I got a reading of 120 VDC which is within range 95 to 125 VDC.

That is reasonable to see and could be a result of your AC powerline voltage being a tad high.

Thank you. Proceeding with the attenuator upgrade. The manual says I can hook it up and give it a listen even though I have not started with the resistor and rotor switch replacement. What sonic changes do I expect to hear?

Gain will go up a little bit and distortion will drop, as will noise getting in from the power supply.
