Going to my first Pilgrimage in Hope, AR this weekend and thought some of you would get a kick out some of the things up for auction at the Klipsch factory.  You would of thought this stuff would have been long gone by now. I bet Paul (Klipsch, not Joppa) himself worked with some of these things.

It should be a lot of fun.

There's still lots of folks who know about this stuff...

Lot of history in that collection.

I passed this link on to a friend here who owns bi-amplified Klipsch Jubilee Klipsch Horns.  He has spent time at the factory with other enthusiasts listening to how the speakers are voiced.

There are many out there who will recognize more than the bass drum I recognized.

Interesting the different things they were experimenting with.  I thought I saw an Altec driver and a Karlson enclosure.

Tell Roy hi for me and that we still haven't put a finish on Travis' Jubs. To busy listening and not wanting to carry them back down stairs.

Hey Joel I was there as well. I had the room with La Scala's JFL 2a3's and JM preamp. I met so many people I can't remember who was who. Didn't know that many people and stuff could fit in a hotel room.

I bought more than I should have and don't even know what half of it was. The lansing lens for $5 was a steal. The two way Jubilee's are a real treat. I'm still surprised to see them in my listening room. Gotta get some BT for them.

Wardsweb, Can't wait to see Travis's Jubilees finished. They are special. I imagine he has allot going on right now. Top notch guy.

Being a first timer, I missed some of the activities by not staying at the Holiday Inn Express and didn't stick around for the concert on Sat.

I still enjoyed the factory tour and museum as well as hearing the Khorns and Palladiums.  Learning more about PWK also was great.  I sneaked up and looked at his office through the window.  It pretty much looks like it did when he was still around.
