My quickie passes all resistance checks.
The voltage checks from manual state the following:
Terminal
1,5 should have 29 vdc I get 38vdc on 1,6
2,6 should have 38 vdc i get 38vdc on 2,7
4,9 2-3 volts i get 2.2 vdc
5,10 0 vdc----see 5 here and above , cant have both
rotary b should have 4v I get 0 vdc------------only measurement that fails
rotary c 4 vdc I get 3.7 vdc , thinking about jumpering c to b to get the voltage on both points, could selector switch be bad?
I have stripped this down twice and rewired with these results being the same. Is it me or the manual?
The A side works with volume control, no distortion, no harmonics, gain is ok not blasting as it may should.

There is a typo with the voltage checks, the terminal pairs are
1,6 - ~30V
2, 7 - ~28V
4, 9 - ~2-3V
5, 10 - ~0V
5 and 10 are connected to the ground buss, which is where you would connect your black meter lead, so seeing 5V here would be very unlikely.
Rotary B should be rotary D.

got it 5 and 10 are 0 vdc.
I will call today to go through the troubleshooting with Dan again today as we were perplexed yesterday, one channel works fine the other does not.
The checks appear good, both tubes seem to working based on measurements.
