Hello

I've just ordered a crack and wonder if you still do the brushed top plate that swirling affect on the metal? As I've seen a few pictures on the forum with smooth top plates.
Is it possible to have mine brushed please?
Thank you

Austin

Sorry to say I am physically not able to do that wavy brushed finish anymore. It was quite demanding and my hands have gotten too arthritic to handle the drill motor with wire brush that I used to make them. The panels currently come with a straight grain pattern that we make with a drum sander.

A cheap and useful drill press would do the brush effect quickly with just the need to pull on the handle.
