Title: Foreplay II problems

I'm looking for some help with my FP II. It has bee in service for years without trouble. A few days ago, I lost almost all of the gain and sound is distorted in both channels. I'm thinking it might be the transformer but would greatly appreciate some help diagnosing the problem!

Most important thing at that link - we need voltages to be able to help.
