Resistance Test Fail

I am getting no reading on terminal 10 and center pin.  I have attached pictures.  I did remove a bit of solder from #10 before I took the pic to make sure I didn't have too much solder.  Any help would be appreciated.

Could you post pictures of the wiring on the headphone jack?  No resistance reading at terminal 10 would have me thinking that one of the black wires on the headphone jack isn't well captured by solder.

Those are the RCA jacks, can you post a couple of shots of the wiring around the headphone jack?

Got terminal 10 reading correctly.  Now no reading on center pin.

Which center pin?  You would need to say something like:

"The center pin of the (left RCA jack, right RCA jack, 9 pin socket, or other) is supposed to read (insert reading from manual) but instead I see (post your reading).

I assumed this was referring to this one.  9 pin socket?  I wasn't sure about the RCA jack center pin.

That is the center pin of the RCA jacks.
