Title: Volume, balance, input top plate?

I’ve seen a nice looking top plate that some have on their builds for the control labeling. Is this something that is still available? Tried the search, but no luck. Thanks in advance of any help/guidance!

That's part of the Mourquiet" stepped attenuator kit.
