Resistance check passed. Need help with voltage check [resolved]

I just finished my voltage checks last night. Most came out within limits but a few are off. I definitely have something not right. Below are the voltages that seem out of spec. Let me know if you need any other data.

T06: ~20-38V
T10: ~49-64V

TRS: ~25-50V @ tip.


Others that seem high but I think are within spec:

T07: 110.9V
T15: 194:2V
T21: 217V

B3: 110.6V
B6: 113.3V

I'm getting close! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you sure that these aren't 20-38mV?  If you have an autoranging meter, the units will change as the meter settles in.

Well damn. It works! This is so cool. I have Michael Bloomfield burning it down on The Electric Flag's Another Country and through these HD650's it sounds incredible. Thanks so much for the help guys.
