Hey, I'm getting voltages outside of the specified range. My secondary tests keep coming up as follows:
7/9: 3.9V (should be 6.5V AC +/-20%)
12/11: 107V (should be 175V AC +/-20)
Is this a problem? Any tips on how to fix this?

Where do you live?
What voltage did you wire for?
Post pictures.

Maryland, USA
I wired for voltage greater than 115V AC and less than 130V AC

You appear to have followed the wrong set of instructions. Wiring for 120 is on p. 25. It has a red wire that you are missing, and a black wire connecting different terminals. Your wiring matches the 210-225V setup on p. 26.

Wow can't believe I didn't realize that. Thank you. This is my first DIY project.

Happy to help, that's why the forum is here. Rather than measure success by the dollars made or the reviewer awards won, I measure success by how many people we can encourage to make their own gear and learn in the process. A big part of that is learning that mistakes aren't to be avoided, they are a requirement! You are on your own path to success.
