Title: Different resistance on the 2 input channels [resolved]

 Hey there! Proud owner/builder of the stock bottlehead crack. Before continuing my journey in DIY though, I would like to ask a question. After finishing the bottlehead Crack, in my resistance checks, the resistance between the ground and one input channel was 87 k, but the resistance between the ground and the other channel input was 97 k. At the beginning I didn't pay that much attention to it, but  I have noticed that one channel is more susceptible to "noise", so I thought I should ask here. I should also add that the noise I am referring to is not affected by turning up/down the volume.  Thanks in advance.

This isn't particularly abnormal and will be inaudible when your source is driving the volume pot.

Noise that isn't affected by the volume pot can have several sources (but generally not the volume pot itself).  Is the noise a hum, buzz, or hiss?

I would call it more of a buzz. Although, after more than 100 hours of burning in the tubes, I think the crack is dead silent now. Thank you for your time
