Title: Headphone jack installation

Apologize in advance for what is probably a dumb question, but the headphone jack in my kit came with one plastic washer.  I assume that goes on the nut side (top) of the board, but it looks a little funny.  I just wanted to confirm it does not go on the bottom of the board.

It goes on top, under the nut.
