so I'm almost done with my Crack except for a weird doubled voltage from expected on 2 and 6 (if I'm remembering correctly), and the LED to A8 wasn't lit up, so I reflowed the solder on those joints and tried to jiggle the LED a bit, but then it came off the wire. I have a replacement coming, but as I was checking all my joints I noticed it looked like solder was connecting the RCA center pin on each jack to the screw part that connects to the ground. even though resistance measurements were fine, I tried reflowing solder and removing extra with solder wick and a solder pump, but now it's just even dirtier and I don't know if the center pin is connected to the ground still or not. where can I get replacement jacks that will fit in the chassis?

Your weird voltage issue of a doubled voltage on 1 or 5 would go along with an LED that isn't lit. An LED that isn't lit doesn't necessarily mean that there's an issue with the LED or how it's soldered. Please do post up your voltages when you get your replacement LEDs since the one currently installed is damaged.
The RCA jacks are Neutrik parts and can be found at several different online retailers.

If solder is bridging the center pin to ground, it won't pass the resistance checks.

so could I try testing resistances again to see if it truly is connected to ground? do I need the replacement LED here for that?

Yes. No. (in that order)
