Title: left channel cut out

My stock crack with speedball that has been running great for about 4 years finally has its first issue.  The left channel suddenly stopped working on the unit.  Where should I start troubleshooting this problem?  Could it be something as simple as replacing one of the tubes?

Start with resistance and voltage checks.
