Title: Crack/Pop in my Crack Amp - No Speedball

Today I started getting the loud crack/pop in my headphones.  Sometimes it does it multiple times and sometimes only once.  It sounds just like a tube arching or popping but only sounds thru the headphones.  It also sounds when the volume is turned completely down.  Could anyone steer me in the right direction on this.

This is a very common tech support request and you can probably find lots of similar posts with a search. The replies will almost always suggest it's a bad joint and suggest reflowing the solder joints. They also usually mention that the most common bad joint is the one where the black wires connect to the headphone jack.
