Title: Completed SEX 3.0!

I wanted to post some photos from my build. The amp sounds great!

I went with the 8 ohm output impedance to power my inefficient Overnight Sensations and I’m shocked with how much sound this thing puts out. I’m noticing details I hadn’t before, and I keep catching myself gawking at songs I’ve listened to for years. “Stylo” by Gorillaz had a totally new life.

I ordered a Reduction on sale, but I guess I'll have to upgrade my cartridge soon, too!

I like the white on white color scheme, makes the black bits pop. Plate choke envy from older kits.

Thanks! I considered painting the bell and sides of the chokes the same green I did my speaker cabinets in, but I’m happy with how it turned out.

I thought the same when I heard that the chokes now come with bell ends. But now that I see the picture I actually prefer them "naked". The overall proportions of the amp just feel more balanced somehow.
