Title: Low voltage measurements at Terminals 4 and 18 [resolved]
Post by: Manbear on October 14, 2018, 05:08:15 PM
I get varying 20-35 mV at both 4 and 18 terminals, which should read zero. Measurements jump around for a few seconds to 30-something then settle around 24 mV. These are corresponding terminals on the both A and B sides, so if there’s something wrong, I managed to do it exactly the same on both sides. I resoldered because one joint looked a little cold. Now there is excess solder, but they look clean. Measurements are consistent at both terminals regardless of resoldering. Everything else is spot on for voltage and resistance. I went ahead to test the sound with headphones because the voltage was so low. Great sound! No noise or aberrations. Any tips or can I disregard this?

That's 0.020V and 0.035V, which is sufficiently close to 0.

Perfect! Thank you for the response. I figured, but wanted to be sure. Cheers!
