Title: Problems with High Voltage Power Supply Test [resolved]
Post by: thunderfrenchie on November 17, 2018, 04:17:46 PM
Hi, I have already built a Kaiju with no problems. This is my second for mono blocking. I passed all the tests up until pg 47, high voltage test. Even after 10m minutes with black clip on 1U and red on 10U I only get 2.5VDC, far short of the 250. Thoughts?

Thanks,

John

This is the first test (without 300Bs)?

Can you post some photos of your power supply build?

Unit has passed all bus and tube glow tests perfectly. The test it's failing is on p47 of manual.

The wiring you have on your power transformer is incorrect; there is a missing wire.
