Title: S.E.X. 3.0 CS4 problem with left channel

There is a crackling/popping in the left channel, especially when moving the right tube. Trying to reflow every connection to the socket. Any idea what could be the culprit? :'(

Amp was working correctly just before cs4 instal.

You may need to put an inexpensive pair of headphones on and poke around in the amp with a wooden chopstick while it's running to figure out what's loose.  When you hear pops and crackles through your disposable headphones when you poke a certain part, that's where you need to focus in on the soldering and connections.
