So this is my first soldering experience and my first project
My first transformer test gave me a answer of 123V I was happy ,
I flipped the page and read ( if your voltage is LESS than 115V AC ) ...
It wasn't the case so I skipped that image, so I proceeded to the second image on the page .... ( I didn't realized I had to skip THE PAGE )
I realised when it was to late and I had finished doing the soldering of the page, turned the page in the instruction and realised my mistake
So here what it looks like now after I tried fixing it
So in that picture there is a few things...
1 - I beleive my wirrering is correct for my 123V
2 - I wasn't able to remove the solder wire from my mistake on number 14 and 17, so I opted to cut the wire (followed my electrical engineer uncle advice)
3 - when I performed the second test, the results were 0V when both clips were on. (The black and red)
4 - when I performed the second test whit ONLY the black lead on power transformer terminal 7.
The reading was ... Between 2.1 and 2.9 V
If more picture are needed I will post them
I hope this is clear, English isn't my first language, so I'm sorry for bad syntax and grammar :S

I would check your fuse. Cutting those wires off when you were correcting the wiring issue won't be a problem.
