Title: I'm getting barely any sound

I finished last night. All checks passed. Both tubes glow. Problem is that neither LED lights turn on and while I'm getting some sound when I plug my headphones in and play music, it's very, very faint and it mostly in the right channel. I've rechecked all my soldering joints and it looks good to me. Not sure where I went wrong.

If the LED lights did not turn on, then you did not pass all your checks.  The voltage checks will not be anywhere near what they are supposed to be if the LEDs are dark.

I would go back and perform the voltage checks, then let us know which ones are off and what they are.
