why are there 6 rca jacks? stereomour 11

The Stereomour II has three inputs.

I know I am totaly lost ie my reduction 11 doesn't have that may outputs?

Your Reduction is one source, so you would plug it into one set of the input jacks.  If you wanted to also have a DAC as another source, you could plug that into another set of jacks, then use the input selector switch on the Stereomour to choose between them.

There is no requirement for using all of the inputs.
