Title: low/high impedance

Good day. Absolute noob....thinking about getting a crack kit. The description says its better suited for high impedance headphones. What do I get if I use a low impedance headphone  on this kit? I am assuming degraded quality but can I even use low impedance headphones on it? Thanks!

You'll get really boomy bass and undesirable distortion.  The SEX amp will not have these issues.
