Been getting no sound on the left channel and some static noise on the right. Voltages checked out normal OA and OB were a bit higher than normal 110v to 120v but I'm guessing it's just the tube I'm using.

Did this happen before the Speedball was installed?
-
Yes
-
Well, no sound that comes with no variations in voltage is a loose connection from the jacks to the 12AU7 or from the output of the 6080 to the headphone jack.
What are the voltages you get on terminals 1-10?
-
1 - 105v
2 - 175v
3 - 0
4 - 175v
5 - 88v
6 - 0
7 - 125v
8 - 0
9 - 116v
10 - 0
-
Did you have 105V on T1 pre-Speedball?
What are the voltages on 1-5 if you pull out the 6080?
Build photos?
-
I didn't check the voltages without Speedball. The owner said he was getting no sound on the left channel and right channel works when he didn't have Speedball also. So the voltages for 1 to 5 without the 6080
1 - 88
2 - 122
3 - 0
4 - 122
5 - 77
-
I would try a 6080 and look for miswires related to the octal socket.
-
Took some photos of the build. I will try another 6080 soon
-
In your first photo where the black wires meet, I see one that isn't soldered. There are some other suspect joints here and there as well.
I would recommend removing the Speedball and debugging the stock circuit if you are able to rule out tubes as the cause.

will do PB thanks for checking

PB thank you. Definitely those terminals that needed soldering. Everything is working fine now. Appriecate the help, always
