About six months ago I purchased the Stereomour II and just started the assembly work.
The CAT 5 cable supplied with my kit did not have the foil nor the drain wire.
Fortunately, I had a roll of solid core "backbone" CAT 5 that had the foil and drain wire.
Perhaps the BH crew has CAT 5 solid core cable in both configurations (with and without the drain wire).
Just a reminder for us to check the inventory of parts.
BH will gladly supply any missing or incorrect parts if requested.
