You should have waited for this one - A true iconic red from the maker of the original stallion... :P ;)

I absolutely love the plate Deb. You will have to give us a rundown on the performance of the electric Mustang.
Also, check out the picture of my 57 Chris Craft name. (I have since sold it)

Please do share how you like it.  I am considering going for a GT once I can actually get one.  I did not place a order when the opened up.  I am guessing you were smart enough to put in an order or are they already through those that put down deposits and ordered one in advance?

I absolutely love it.  Fastest car I ever drove.  I get around 280 to 300 miles a charge and it is just a blast to drive.  I did order it early, I got the  premium AWD with the extended range battery.

Is it just me or does that look nothing at all like a Mustang? ???

I actually really like the styling.  The rear lights are great in my eyes.  These are also not replacing Mustangs but adding to the family.  When you know they were going to make an electric crossover, I am glad Ford at least tried to make it cool instead of "fresh."  Think of it this way, if Ford told you they were going to make an electric car for the future and asked you what should they use for our inspiration.  Wouldn't you say "Mustang!"  There is a next gen Mustang coupe in the works as well.

My current project is kind of the other end of the spectrum... but does not "look" like a Mustang either.  It sure has a good number of Mustang parts including an engine.  I think that gives me some Mustang cred and I am excited for the Mach-E and am considering one.  Deb will tell you, electric cars are the future.  Pretty soon gas cars will be like horses.  Those that still have them will own them as a hobby and take them out for fun.

Glad you love you new car.

Coyote powered autocross?

Yup Coyote powered and I will use it for autocross and track days.  It will be a recreation/kit car of a 1965 Shelby Cobra Daytona Coupe.  Figuring it out as I go.

Now that is cool.  I am not ready for solid state motoring just yet, the sound of my v8 just makes me smile, its like music, food for the soul, i cant let it go...
