Title: Help, no audio from right channel (most of the time)

I jsut built my first bottlehead kit, the eros 2. Everything tests within spec, and everything worked when I first built the pre-amp. Fast forward two days, I turn it on, no right channel audio. At first I thought it was the tube closest to the power supply. I jiggle it around (its quite loose) and I get some noise, I can pull it out all the way and I still have audio in the left channel.

I dont know what to do to fix my issue, any hints?

I would start by rechecking the voltages.

I checked all my voltages, the only one not in spec is OA that cam in at 101V outside the 155-185V range.
Im still looking for help on this right channel

Can you post the rest of the voltages on the front C4S board?  It would be odd to see 101V on OA while at the same time having no other voltage issues on that board. 

Double check on the 6922 tube socket that none of the pins on that socket are being allowed to touch each other.  Resistor/capacitor leads going to the socket pins should be wrapped up and around the pin, not around the sides, and stuff like that can allow adjacent pins to touch which creates a short and issues like this.

I checked the 6922 and it looks clean.

I would check the 2N2222 on the offending side for shorts.  The low voltage at OA can also come from shorts on the 6922 socket pulling down the plate voltage, and from a 6922 tube that just isn't operating properly anymore.
