Hello fellow Cracks,
I'm getting no sound coming from the left and lots of static coming from the right. I checked the LEDS, D2 on the large board is not lighting up and the LED on the crack A8. I tried reflowing all the joints to the small tube sockets and the connections for the speedball boards to the crack unit. Here are my result from voltage test:
Large Board:
OA - 194
OB - 72
G- 0
B -204
Small Board:
OA - 4.1
OB-77
Hope you guys can help.

Can you post some build photos?
Were the voltages OK when you installed the small board?
-
My built was operational prior to not being used for a good year. So yes the voltage was good when I had it working.
-
If the amp was operational and now is not, this would tend to suggest there's a flaky solder joint or loose connection making its presence known.
-
Is it possible one of the transistor is blown? I checked all the joints, and everything looks pretty solid.
-
Why would a transistor be blown?
Is the keyway still present in the base of your 6080 tube?
-
I went through all the wires again, even though all of joints were solid, I found one red wire that was about to break off, I'm assuming during the stripping process i went a little to hard on it. I replaced it and solder, everything works great now. Thanks!

I think I spoke too soon, maybe I had the input jack half way in which gave me both sounds on the left and right. But now when I plug in the jack all the way in it doesnt give me sound on the left side. The static went away though. One problem after another.

I would recheck your voltages and post back any that aren't correct.
-
Voltage seems to be close to the recommended range after fixing the red wire going to the power.
Large Board:
OA - 140
OB - 120
G- 0
B - 202
Small Board:
OA - 80
OB- 80

I would post some build photos, it's possible that there's something we can spot.
