I always wonder what things like old albums are worth.  That one looks sort of cool, but $800... really?!

I have a signature book that belonged to my great great uncle.  Apparently he sent letters to famous people asking for photos and words to live by.  Unfortunately, he just cut out the signatures and didn't keep the entire letter.  However, the book as signatures of folks like Daniel Webster, Walt Whitman, Ulysses S. Grant, Zachary Tyler, Henry Wadsworth Longfellow... more than 200 in all.

A number of years ago my great aunt died.  While going through her desk I found a letter from Walt Whitman and a letter from Samuel Clemmons.

What are these things worth?  I don't think they are worth $800, but maybe I should find out.
