Title: How hot does the transformer get?

Hi, I'd like to apply a paint to the lamination of my transformer for aesthetic purposes, but I want to make sure that the paint I use will be safe. Hoping I can get an approximate "max expected temp" for both the lamination and the end bell, so I can feel confident about picking a safe paint.

I have not run into a paint that would be bothered by the heat put off by the power transformer.  I would not expect the exterior of the Crack transformer to be much more than maybe 120F.
