Title: Pricing retired Bottlehead gear
Post by: Aural Robert on February 20, 2023, 04:05:51 AM
Happy whatever day. It's Family Day in Canada and a birthday in the US so YIPPEEEE!!!

I've had my Mon Amors running for a while now and of course there is no turning back. My previous amps were Paramount 2A3s and the time has come to part with them. I'm looking for some advice from the community.

I did some searching on the web to try to get an idea of pricing but these seem to be in the unobtanium realm. I have no idea what the baseline should be on these. I was guessing US$1500??? Any thoughts or recent experiences are appreciated.

I want to list them on Audiogon, if anyone has any ideas of a better site I'd love to hear it. Ebay has changed their policies over the pandemic and I won't list with them again ever.

Thanks in advance. Aural Robert

$1500 seems like a good place to be if they are in decent cosmetic condition and the tubes all test good.
