Made a rookie mistake and did a listening test after passing voltages and resistances without triple checking no joints were missing solder.
Sounded fine with some crackles, figured there was a joint I forgot to solder. Before I could turn it off there was a loud pop and the power tibe flashed white. I turned it off and soldered the missing joint at (18 L).
Again passed voltage and resistance checks perfectly but there is now a constant loud buzz through headphones and more alarmingly loud popping in the headphones when pulling out or putting in the headphone jack. When there is a loud pop the power tube also flashes bright white.
Any idea what I blew up? Fried the power tube? Damaged the transformer? Thanks for any help!

Please disregard. After some inspection I found a very sneaky bad solder joint on the lower headphone jack terminal. Everything is good to go.
