Do any of the bottlehead kits work with MC carts?

You will need a step up device with LOMCs. The Eros2 has mounting points for user installed step up transformers.

Thank you, Doc. Any plans on something in the future? Researching SUTs is a whole other rabbit hole.

In most cases a Sowter 1990 is a great choice.
