Title: Output Transformer Config Rec's for a 12ohm speaker?

The title says most of it... I have a pair of 12ohm speakers and would like to know what the recommended configuration would be since it appears the OT's can be configured either for 8ohm or 16ohm. Currently, my amp is setup to 8ohm.

I suspect you should try both configurations.  A lot will depend on the actual impedance curve of the speaker and whether the speaker manufacturer tuned the box (if it's vented) for a low damping amp.
