Title: What BottleHead model is this?

If memory serves I built this before 2007.  I had a phono pre as an input and output went to a pair of Mono blocks. I passed on the phono    pre and mono blocks.
 I want to see what I could do now with this? What is this? any suggestions?

It's a Foreplay II, the original $99 preamp kit.  You could still use it as a preamp.
