Title: Channel imbalance from 6.35mm only

Hi,

So i normally use the xlr connection and that works fine. Lately i tried the 6.35 headphones jack.

When i flip the switch to “unbal”, i get higher volume but also the right side is louder than the left side.

No still with the 6.35 jack, when i flip the switch to BAL, the balance problem seems to go away.

Are there any pointers on where i should investigate to resolve this imbalance problem?

I would look for a loose wire or a cold solder joint around the area of the 4 pin and TRS jacks.  Don't overlook that it could be a wire leaving the 4 pin jack that's the issue.
