Title: record player VTA

What would happen if a phono cartridge doesn't have the right VTA setup?  I have a London cartridge that is kind of heavy, but my Uturn turntable can set a correct VTF for it, but not VTA.  Will it explode into a giant fireball after installation?   8)  Do I need a new turntable?
