after tens years of enjoyment 300b eh (russia) 13 06 for my mono block has died any suggestion on replacement   thanks

You could also just get another pair of EH 300Bs.  There are a lot of people on the internet who wouldn't believe that you got 10 years out of a set of output valves.

I have had pretty good luck with Aliexpress but it is a bit trickier than Amazon. Ali has longer delivery probably? but lower price. PS Vane has started selling their tubes on Amazon.
