Help respectfully requested.

OC: Spec 95-100V – Mine is 140V [Very High]
OD: Spec 95-100V – Mine is 95V [OK]
OkA: Spec 95-105V – Mine is 140V [Very High]

You'll need to post some build photos. This can be something as simple as two solder pads on that front C4S board that are accidentally soldered together or a miswire on one of the sockets, or possibly a combination of multiple issues.
I suspect that pins 1 and 2 are touching on your C socket.

Can I see the bottom of the front C4S board?

Enclosed, photographs, top & bottom, C4S Board (August 20, 2024)

The joints circled in red need attention. At least one of them doesn't look soldered at all.
-
Paul Birkeland: Okay, thank you – fingers crossed ... will try later today (August 20, 2024).
-
Paul Birkeland: I re-soldered as you suggested, and I am pleased to report complete success.
All Voltage checks perfectly within spec.

Thank you again for your kindness.
