Title: Weird noise produced by the Sublime

Connected my Sublime this morning for the first time.  It emits an electronic sound every two seconds.  Ewwwwww, Ewwwwww, Ewwwwwww
I removed my cell phone from the room.  Turned off all other components.  It still makes that sound.  It comes out at a very low volume and can't be heard while music is playing.
What do you suppose causes it?

Removing your phone was a good test. Best to take this a bit further to determine if the noise is coming from inside the amp or if it's environmental - thru the air or perhaps your power line. Maybe start by trying it on another circuit in your house or even in some other building.
