I'm about to replace the 4-pin tube sockets on my Stereomour, and in addition have started to read about the upgrades folks have done. However, I realize that I no longer posses a copy of the manual. Can I get a copy from someplace/somebody? Thanks!

You'd want to e-mail replacementparts(At)bottlehead(dot)com with this request. Be sure to include your name and order number if at all possible, as there are a few different Stereomour manuals.

Thanks for the response. From what I read, it sounds like replacing the .1uf coupling caps with 47uf film caps is a great upgrade? Anything else that you would say is a big win?

No, I would not replace the 0.1uF caps with a cap that's 470 times the recommended value.

I must have misread that! I will stick with caps of the same value. Thanks!
p.s. The replacement Belton sockets really grip the tube pins tightly, so hopefully will end my tube wiggling.

There's a lot of love for certain 0.1uF caps, and there's a lot of selection in the 400V-630V range. The parallel feed caps have fewer choices and are a bit more expensive.
