Title: Lost one side of the headphone output

I have been using the headphone amp since January 18 with no problems, both balanced and un.
Last week the power switch became loose and in the process of getting it back in the hole and secured, I lost one side of the output.
It is just on one side both  balanced and not,. I checkde feed and it is there on both sides of the line in..
I did a visual check and see no problems so I thought I might get a push in the right direction.

Check the voltages first.
