Hi, I have a Crack that I'm hoping to use with my BeePre2. I searched through the forum and came across a tip to wire in tape output. Could someone give a little more info on how to do this (parts needed, what areas to tap into to do this)?

The output of the selector switch (A, B, C, and D) are the tape outputs. Red is right +, white is left +, and the adjacent black wires are the grounds for each channel.

Thanks for the info Paul. I'm assuming I would attach a pair of RCA jacks using the output method you mentioned above. How have people typically done this in the past, do they attach a RCA cable directly or attach jacks and mount them somewhere on the base or top plate?

You could put jacks in the holes we provide for the balanced input transformers, I think that would be the easiest way. Using shielded twisted pair wiring is a good idea, with the shield terminating to the chassis in the BeePre (similar to how the input wiring is done).

Thanks Paul, late reply - just started putting the kit together. How does this look?

That looks great!
