Title: Tube Glow (Blue)

Hello all,

I am new to tubes and have a general inquiry about tube glow. Both 2A3s on my amp appear to have a blue glow on the inner glass and bottom plate only really visible under low light conditions. How normal is this? Note: this is not a BH amp.

Certainly looks like 'Fluorescence Type 1' and decidedly...normal.
